This project involves furnishing and installing culverts; reshaping and surfacing roadways; and removing damaged portion of plate pipe arch, construct concrete head wall and rebuild a road on the Plumas National Forest. There are four sites to this flood damage project: Site 1) furnish and install one 15'X 7'9" S.P.A. culvert. Reshape and surface roadway, Site 2) Remove damaged portion of plate pipe arch, construct concrete head wall, and rebuild road, Site 3) Furnish and install one 96" X 72 cmp. Reshape and surface roadway, Site 4) Furnish and install one 72"X 60" cmp. Reshape roadway. All sites require seed and mulch all new fill slopes.
