The solicitation is for the services of a subcontractor, who uses DC Licensed and ASME certified personal, to repair a Superior 300 HP boiler under a subcontract at Clifton Terrace Apartments located in Washington, DC. The contractor will act as a subcontractor to Arco Management under its Prime Contract as Contractor Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the REO Service Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The Subcontractor will have to provide the work in accordance with labor rates published under Davis Bacon. Certified payrolls are required at the time of payment invoicing.
