Work consists of installing (a) batt insulation; (b) gypsum board; (c) R-19 insulation in ceilings, walls R-13; (d) finish interior trim (colonial case molding); (e) install 7 pre-hung 6 panel pine doors 5420, 8 pre-hung 6 panel pine doors 5419, 1 louvered door, 3 bi-fold 6 panel pine doors, and oak hand rail. Government to supply; (a) kitchen cabinets; (b) vinyl kitchen flooring; (c) white oak flooring; (d) ceramic tile bathroom floor 5419. All pine panel doors and casings finish with a coat of interior polyurethane. All other new material to be primed with an approved interior primer. Site Cleanup to to conducted by contractor and inspected by COTR prior to job completion.The specified work will be done at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Air Station Cape Cod, MA 02542-5024.
