German, Contracting Officer (202) 307-0613 The Office of Justice Programs (OJP), the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), is seeking a contractor to provide all the necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, and services to assist OJJDP. The contractor shall perform the following tasks: Task 1 -- Deliver Recurring Technical Assistance; Task 2 -- Plan and implement Special Projects that are required by OJJDP on topics related to the JJDP Act; Task 3 -- Provide Technical Assistance to Non-participating States; Task 4 -- Provide Technical Assistance to States to Carry Out Title V -- Delinquency Prevention Program; Task 5 -- Provide Technical Assistance to States on the Implementation of State Challenge Activities; Task 6 -- Provide Technical Assistance for the Development of a Community Planning Manual that supports Strategic Planning of the Comprehensive Strategy for Serious, Violent, and Chronic Juvenile Offenders Initiative; Task 7 -- Research and produce Publications and Special Reports; Task 8 -- Formula Grants Training Program; and Task 9 -- Provide Technical Reference and Information Series. The proposed procurement will be a three year effort of (twelve months) each. A cost type contract with a level of effort of 21,528 hours and 6,336 consultants hours per year will be awarded.
