65 -- STANDING ORDER FOR LEUKO POOR FILTER PLATELETS FOR BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS SOL N00168-99-Q-L021 DUE 082698 POC Ms. Tracy Holland (301) 295-0286 The National Naval Medical Center in Behtesda, MD intends to award a sole sourced standing order to Kol Bio-Medical Instruments, Inc for filters platelets for blood transfusions. The two items are cat# PXL8Y Leuko Poor filter ply pall, used to filter platelets for transfusion patients and cat# RCQT Leuko poor filters RBC PALL used to filter Red blood cells for transfusion patients. The period of performance shall be 01 Oct 98 thru 30 Sept 99. Interested parties may provide technical specifications which shall be reviewed. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions and/or negotiations. Award will be made in the form of a government purchase order, subject to availability of FY99 funding.
