The work includes the furnishing of all labor, approved materials, transportation, equipment and other incidental work required to complete 1) Construction of one (1) masonry unit building to house Govt. furnished boom reels and skid-mounted hydraulic pump and engine units. 2) Construction of concrete foundations for the masonry buildings, the boom reels, and skid-mounted hydraulic pump and engine units. 3) Provide electrical power to the external flood lights and interior light fixture in the pre- fabricated buildings as indicated. 4) Transportation and installation of two (2) oil spill boom reels and two (2) skid mounted pump and engine units. 5) Provide catalog cuts for all equipment and buildings provided, excluding Govt. furnished equipment. -- The estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 90 calendar days. -- Bids will be considered from all responsible small business sources. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1541 and the annual size standard is $17 million. -- NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office.
