This requirement will be solicited from InQuizit Technologies on a sole source basis in accordance with the authority cited under FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. InQuizit Technologies developed the theoretical model, source code, and system architecture for the search engine technology, InQuizit software, which captures a conceptual model (meaning) of both queries and retrieval sources.
