has a requirement for a Contractor to conduct a survey to determine
consumer beliefs and reactions to health warnings about the risks of
cigar smoking. Number of completed interviews may vary from (1) 250
cigar smokers and 125 cigarette smokers, and (2) 400 cigar smokers and
200 cigarette smokers. Contractor to code and keypunch the data and
provide the tabulated results to the FTC. A methodological report is
required. Completion date: 60 days after award of contract. This
requirement is being procured under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition
