Please note, the numbering of questions is continued from amendment number 1 issued on August 12, 1998: Question 3: "Two tasks specify developing accurate flow solutions over a computational domain extending 20 Diameters downstream. the two issues are: 1. starting from the centerbody plug (x=0)? 2. what diameter: fan nozzle or primary nozzle diameter (this is a big difference)?
