E-MAIL: click e-mail link to contact the POC, donna.chesher@edex.edwards.af.mil. Edwards AFB has a requirement for three (3) deflector fences, 20-feet high by 160 feet long. The deflector fences shall be Lynnco type GS-20-2/3F or equal. The deflector fences shall be supplied and installed by the manufacturer who shall provide a written one-year guarantee on the workmanship, materials and installation. The deflector fences shall be curved, nonperforated, galvanized, corrugated type with corrugations running in a horizontal direction. The product supplied must be in a field proven product and have been in actual field use for a period of two years in similar applications. Structural frames, which support the deflecting surface, will be of structural steel shapes per ASTM A-36 and hot dipped galvanized. All bolts subject to blast temperatures will be of ASTM A-449 steel. All nuts, except on anchor bolts, will be of the all-steel, self-locking type. All bolts, nuts and washers shall be cadmium or zinc plated. The SIC Code is 3499, size standard 500 employees.
