The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Raytheon Aircraft Company, Electro-Optical and Data Systems Group, 200 East El Segundo Blvd., El Segundo, CA 90425, for four (4) AN/AAQ-27 Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) systems with options for up to thirty-six (36) additional units. The FLIR systems are for use in the Helicopter Night Vision System (HNVS) in the CH-53E helicopter. These FLIR systems must use existing configurations of HNVS aircraft interfaces with no airframe or installation modifications.
