Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, instruments, and travel to perform maintenance services to the American Auto-Matrix Direct Digital Control (DDC) Building Automation System at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 for the period 10/1/98 -- 9/30/99 with two option years. The parts/equipment required for necessary repairs will be obtained by the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System for installation by the Contractor. Monthly maintenance prices shall include sixteen (16) hours of routine maintenance per month and twenty-four (24) hour response service via dial-up modem for emergencies. Contractor will be issued a separate purchase order for equipment repairs and required software changes performed outside the scheduled sixteen (16) hours. The contractor must submit with his quotation documentation that his firm has had installation, programming and service experience with the American Auto-Matrix SAC3 and STAR product line for a period of at least 2 years, and has at least 2 fully quallified DDC technicians with a minimum of 2 years experience as DDC service technicians skilled in the maintenance and repair of American Auto-Matrix STAR and SAC3 system.
