All work will be performed at cutter's home moorage during the period of 12 October 1998 and completing 30 October 1998. The intent of this item is to install a Government-furnished (GFM) Oily Water Separator (OWS), Parmatic Model S1-8-A equipped with an Oil Content Monitor (OCM), Shimadzu Oil Content Meter Model ET-35A, and to modify existing piping systems to interface with the new OWS connections. The Request for Quotation is issued in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
