Y -- POTENTIAL SOURCES SOUGHT POC Mrs. Shelia Enclade, (504) 862-1514 Y -- Potential Sources Sought to Design -- Build a 1500 square foot single story office building utilizing pre-engineered metal components for the roof, framing and exterior walls and meeting all applicable codes for Southern Louisiana. Estimated cost: $1,000,000.00 to $500,000.00. This procurement will be solicited in Two Parts. Part One will require offerors to submit data regarding technical qualifications. All offerors meeting the technical qualifications in Part One will be allowed to go forward into Part Two and submit bids. The solicitation will result in a construction contract which will require performance and payment bonds. This will be a firm fixed price award based upon a responsible and responsive, lowest bid. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database in order to be eligible for award.
