Design and Construct a 11153 SM Facility to include easily reconfigured open office space to accommodate 632 people in Phase AMC IVA. Acquisition Management Complex Phase IVA (AMC IVA) will be two floors above grade and one floor below grade. AMC IVB will be a follow on project, not part of this Solicitation, that will add two more floors with approximately 8364 SM. The AMC IVA Building will require pre-case panels, a tunnel/arcade, mechanical space, break rooms, data closets, electrical closets. A parking lot with 704 new car spaces, new cooling system, new generator for emergency electrical service, add to existing security system for the AMC Complex, and loose and systems furniture will be part of this solicitation. Also included, is work in the Central Utilities Hub to add a chiller/cooling Tower System. This will be a Two-Phase Request for Proposal (RFP). Phase I will evaluate experience, technical qualifications and technical approach for two selected items. The top three offerors from Phase I will be invited to go forward to Phase II. During Phase II the score from Phase I will be added to the overall score for Phase II. Phase II will evaluate the Technical requirements of the Phase II RFP, Project Management and Contractor Quality Control, Price, and Sub-Contracting Plan.
