Furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation for waste removal/disposal at the Department of Veterans Affairs, 1310 24th Ave., S., Nashville, TN 37212. Furnish and install a 35-cubic yard receiver container with self-contained compactor and hopper. Contractor shall transport full container to the landfill, dispose of waste, clean the unit and return empty container to the medical center within two hours. Pick-ups shall be made each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m. Contract shall include installation and maintenance of the receiver container, compactor and hopper. Container shall be installed and ready for use within fourteen calendar days after contract award. Contract period will be 10-1-98 through 9-30-99 with four (4) 1-year options.
