This announcement contitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested & a written solicitation will not be issued. The open top dumpster will be picked-up before 6 a.m. on the Tuesday following the pick-up call. Due to security, allow 1/2 hour for entering & departing the institution. An empty container will be dropped off at the time of pick-up. 2. The contractor will provide a clean semi-trailer, with a pull-up door & locking latch on the door at no cost to the government. Pick-up between 7 a.m.- 2 p.m. Monday-Friday. 3.Fog, severe weather restrictions or emergency status of the institution will delay pick-up until the following day. 4.Under no circumstances will the government be held responsible for any additional costs to the Contractor which may occur due to interruptions in pick-ups due to fog, severe weather, or security breaches.
