The Center for Substance Abuse Policy/SAMHSA through the Program Support Center, General Acquisitions Branch intends to award a 6 month sole source Simplified Acquisition to Hinton Hoytt & Associates to develop a close-out action plan for the 1995 Faculty Development Program to include a dissemination strategy for the findings and marketing strategy for promoting the visibility of the programs goals and objectives. Situation analysis will be conducted, assessing the level of knowledge, attitudes, and committed involvement of 1995 Faculty Development Program grantees. Develop a marketing strategy to support the overall goals of the Faculty Development Program. Develop a public information campaign which will promote the benefits and impact of the Faculty Development Program, and mobilize broad-based support of the delivery of comprehensive services to prevent substance abuse. Develop products on Faculty Development Program and dissemination strategies for participating institutions as a means of facilitating increased collaboration and information sharing.
