N -- INSTALL CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM BUILDING 78 SOL IFB 518-03-98 DUE 092898 POC John Guregian, Contracting Officer (90C) To provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a Central Air Conditioning System to the first floor of Building 78 at this Department of Veteran Affairs, VISN 1, VA New England Healthcare System, ENRM Veterans Hospital, 200 Springs Road, Bedford, Massachusetts 01730. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Furnish and install a new 75 ton roof top mechanical A/C unit, new exterior and interior ductwork, relocation of existing utillities to install the ductwork, electrical power supply, asbestos abatement, and all associated testing and balancing will be required. All work will be coordinated in phases to allow for continued hospital operations. All work shall be in strict accordance with contract drawings and specifications.
