The contractor shall activate, empty, inspect interior and exterior, hydrostatic test and repaint (with new lettering) all CO2 cylinders contained in this requirement. Contractor shall inspect and replace all serviceable parts as needed on all accuator valves related to each cylinder. Contractor shall replace all hoses, operator valves and horns on each CO2 station. Hoses shall be of original length without splices and shall roll up in a neat fashion on the provided hose reel. Contractor shall make serviceable all hose reels that are inoperable associated with each CO2 station. Contractor shall recharge and leak check all CO2 cylinders related to this requirement. Contractor shall completely reinstall and properly tag all CO2 sytems relate to this requirement. The contractor shall then certify that these CO2 systems are fully operational and serviceable according to all related fire codes. The contractor or any subcontractors shall have the necessary State of Georgia certification required to service and repair fire extenguisher systems before quoting this requirement. A site survey will be conducted. Date and time will be included in the solicitation. No paper copies of this solicitation will be sent.
