The Department of Veterans Affairs Upstate New York VA Healthcare system is evaluating an unsolicited proposal submitted by the FairCare Health System, Troy, NY 12180, to create a partnering agreement between the two organizations for planning, education, and implementation of a comprehensive approach to care for patients with terminal illnesses. Prospective offerors are invited to submit complete information on their proposed unique approaches to the treatment and care of this patient population.
