Shelving requirements include, 710 each 30" x 60" wire rack shelves with 600 pound per shelf capacity, 20 each 30" x 48" wire rack shelves with 800 pound per shelf capacity, 360 each 28" x 60" wire rack shelves with 600 pound per shelf capacity, 218 each special height posts 119" high, 218 each post castings, 200 each back post clamps. Each shelf must have 4 lateral trusses across the face and back of shelf, the bottom truss must be formed from 2 gauge wire, the other lateral trusses must be formed from 6 gauge wire. The top surface of each shelf must have a .192" retaining ledge to prevent the property from falling off the shelf. Each shelf must have 4 ABS plastic split sleeves to create position locks for shelving onto the post. All posts must be numbered and grooved every 1" for ease of shelf positioning.
