Basic ingrediant Silicate-Ester Base, maximum viscosity at rated temperature 2 30 centistokes at 210 O degree F and minimum viscosity at rated temperature 1 90 centistokes at 210 O degree F. Flash point minimum temperature rating 350 O Deg F. The shipping terms will be f.o.b. destination, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN, with the inspection/acceptance at destination. Delivery of Line Item 0001 will be required within 07 days from contract award.
