Destination. This procurement is restricted to Eastman Kodak, 343 State
St., Rochester, NY 14650, since this film must operate in 35 mm high
speed instrumentation cameras with specific intersprocket pitch and
specific sprocket shape requirements. Film must have specific contrast
and speed requirements and operate under hot and cold temperature
extremes. Eastman Kodak film is the only film that meets the
requirements for high speed operation, strength for operation at low
temperatures, high contract emulsion and high speed emulsion. All
responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which
