Solicitation N00024-99-R-5201 will be issued to Boeing North American, Inc., Electronic Systems & Missile Defense, 3370 Miraloma Avenue, P.O. Box 3105, Anaheim, CA 92803-3105 and Sierra Technologies, Sierra Research Division, 485 Cayuga Road, P.O. Box 222, Buffalo, NY 14225-0222 since they are the only qualified FODMS producers of the aforementioned equipment that can meet the Navy's required delivery schedule.
