Written proposals on SF 1449 are due by 04:30 PM local time 08/27/98. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 97-04). Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3581. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Contractor to provide Autovalet (1998 model) Rotaserve automated surgical scrub dispenser system. Systems consists of 1 each CCM 168 unit clean scrub primary dispenser unit and 1 each SBC 2000 deposit bins with video system. Price to include shipping, delivery, installation, and set up. This will be a 60 month lease-to-purchase with 72 month limited maintenance and spare parts warranty and preventative maintenance contract. Procurement is subject to the availability of funds. Offerors of products other that the brand name mustsubmit data to show that their products are the equal of the brand. Acceptance time will be 60 days from bid opening date.
