This action is for the procurement of a minimum of 325 each and a maximum of 1000 each Mk 49 Mod 0 Trainer, Inert Firing Devices over a 3-year ordering period. The Mk 49 Mod 0 Firing Device shall be manufactured in accordance with Automated Data List (ADL) 53711-7317600 No Revision and associated drawings, OES-0068 No Revision Prime Item Product Function Specification, Quality Assurance Provision (QAP-C-99) and Supplementary Quality Assurance Provisions 402-002 (February 1994) to be provided with the solicitation package. Data shall be procured. The First Article quantity is due within 180 days after contract award. The production quantity is due within 60 days after First Article approval at a quantity of 500 units each month. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Origin. Quality Assurance shall be in accordance with Quality Assurance Provision (QAP-C-99) and Supplementary Quality Assurance Provisions 402-002 (February 1994) and MIL-Q-9858A.
