Overhaul Hanger Drive Mechanisms and Hanger Door. 14) Preserve Ballast

vessel's homeport is Key West, FL. Vessel length is 270 foot, Medium
Endurance Cutter. Vessel availability schedule is 14 December 1998 for
fifty-three days. The place of performance for this vessel is its home
pier in Key West, FL. There will be a nonrefundable charge of $100.00
required in the form of a certified check or money order payable to the
U.S. Coast Guard for requested drawings. All other referenced documents
are available for viewing at 300 East Main Street, Suite 600, Norfolk,
VA. The funds are not presently available for this procurement. The
government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon
availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contractual
purposes can be made. The proposed contract listed here is a part of
the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and
specifications will be issued on or after 2 September 1998. All
