5)Renew Pilot House Bulkhead Stiffeners. 6) Clean Inspect Heat
Exchangers. 7)Clean Shipboard Ventilation Systems. 8)Renew Fuel Tank
Gooseneck Vents and Clean and Inspect F/O Tanks. 9) Overhaul
Ventilation Fan Motors. 10)Renew Chill Water Piping Insulation.
11)Renew Refrigeration System -- Salt Water Cooling Piping. 12) Renew
Evaporator Feedwater Piping. 13)Chemically Clean the Ship's Sewage
(CHT) and Grey Water Piping Systems. 14)Repair Sewage Collection and
Holding Tank and Vents. 15)Clean, Inspect, and Disinfect Potable Water
Tanks. 16)Deck Repairs. 17)Provide Temporary Berthing. 18)Renew Life
Jacket Lockers. 19)Overhaul and Weight Test Ammunition Hoist.
20)Provide Temporary Logistics. Indefinite Item is 1) Provide
Additional Temporary Logistics. Repairs will be performed at the
vessel's homeport, which is Cape Canaveral, FL. Vessel availability
schedule will be 24 November 1998, for 46 days. There will be a
non-refundable charge required in the form of a certified check or
money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard in the amount of
$100.00 for requested U.S. Coast guard specification reference
drawings. All other referenced documents are available for viewing at
300 East Main Street, Suite 600, Norfolk, VA. Plans and specifications
will be issued on or after 02 September 1998. The solicitation is
issued contingent upon the availability of funds. All responsible
sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the United States
Coast Guard. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged

Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in
