The Government is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources and to determine if commercial services are available to meet the Government's needs or could be modified to meet the Government's needs. The Government is considering sources that can provide child care center services either on-post or off-post at Fort Lee, VA (Prince George County). Currently, child care centers must meet the military child development center act. Interested sources can submit their capability statement and response to the below market survey questions to Terry Hyatt, Directoratge of Contracting, 1830 Quartermaster Rd, Fort Lee, VA 23801-1606, FAX (804) 734-4633, no later than 4:00 PM on 8/28/98. Market Survey Questions: 1. Describe the services that you provide in your child care center, 2. Do you current provide child care services for the state and/or federal Government. If so, describe the services being performed and identify the locations.,3. Can you provide or are you willing to provide child care spaces in a center or centers in our geographical location of Petersburg, VA, Prince George County or residing areas. 4. Describe the customary practices, 4. Identify any laws and regulations unique to the services you provide, 5. Identify your size and status such as SB, LB, SDB, W/O, etc. This notice is not a formal request nor an indication that a requirement currently exsists for these services. The results of this market survey is for informational purposes only and will assist the Government in identifying the suitability of supporting future service requirements commercially.
