They shall document exemplary cooperative relationships among business groups and service providers by obtaining information from business associations in 7 cities and providers of services to persons who are homeless and have serious mental illnesses. Conduct workshops providing targeted technical assistance. Prepare a final report, recommend further ways to implement partnerships between organizations representing businesses and providers of services to persons who are homeless and have serious mental illnesses.
