NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Quotation for One MCE System 3000 AC Motor Test System as Follows: To include AC est leads, 2 MCE batteries and charger, 2 computer batteries and charger, computer AC power adapter, standard 1 year MCE warranty, 3 year computer warranty, 4 days of operator training OM-Site and 1 set of MCE Manuals. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from PDMA Corporation at 5909-C Hampton Oakes Pkwy., Tampa, FL 33610. PDMA is the only responsible source, as referenced in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. See Note 22.
