Naturalization Service National Firearms Unit requires a motion
analyzer system capable of capturing ballistic data of projectiles
traveling 500 to 4000 feet per second (fps). The motion analyzer system
shall freeze the lateral and rotational motion of firearm projectiles,
display a consecutive frame analysis of a projectile penetrating
ballistic gelatin, display a consecutive frame analysis of a projectile
impacting hard surfaces such as automobile glass, steel, body armor,
etc., provide an analysis of the shock waves created by the
projectiles, and provide motion analysis of a functioning firearm. The
motion analyzer system processor shall be a high speed video motion
analyzer system capable of a minimum of 3072 full frames of stored
memory. The processor shall offer a minimum 5120 full frames of stored
memory as an option that can be purchased at a later date. The
processor shall record a minimum of 4500 frames per second (fps) for
full frame recording to 40500 fps in the split frame mode. Posted
