Dupuis, 413-253-8240 The U.S. Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for the renovation of the existing guard shack into a Visitor Contact Station for the Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge, Woodbridge, Virginia. The work shall consist of all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the renovation. Trades include demolition, utilities, masonry, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, interior finishing, roofing, and window repair and replacement. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $200,000. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Issue date is on or about August 14, 1998. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC Code) is 1542; size standard is $17 million.
