09-08-98 The National Park Service (NPS), Nez Perce National
Historical Park is soliciting Quotations from qualified contractors or
contract organizations to supply all parts, materials and labor in the
general construction/remodel of Visitor Center southeast basement area
of Nez Perce National Historical Park. The work within this contract
shall include installation of Government Furnished interior door.
Furring out interior concrete wall and installation and texture coating
of gypsum board. Constructing stem/divider wall. Installation of
suspended ceiling. Installation of electrical outlets, ceiling lights,
and associated controls/wiring. Expansion of fire sprinkler system.
Expansion of fire/intrusion alarms. Installation of dedicated computer
outlets. Painting of related items. Installation of Government
supplied carpet. All work will be performed under a single contract.
All work will be performed under a single Firm Fixed Price contract.
The Spalding Unit of Nez Perce National Historical Park is located 13
miles South of Lewiston ID. on US. Highway 95 South. GOVERNMENT
EXTIMATED BID RANGE: $30,000 to $34,000 PER SOLICITATION, COMPLETED
