NASA/SSC intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for construction of basketball courts at Bldg. 2119 utilizing non-appropriated funds. This work includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to construct basketball courts at Bldg. 2119 complete and ready for use at John C. Stennis Space Center. Further, the work includes clearing, grubbing, filling and grading, constructing a post-tension concrete slab on grade, special surfacing, striping, providing backboards, goals, and lighting per the plans and specifications. All work shall be in accordance with Specification No. 200CX-G003 and Drawings EMI CC00980015 V1, S1, S2, and E1 which will be provided separately to those firms requesting a copy of the solicitation package. Performance Period is 90 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The estimated price range is between $25,000 to $100,000. SIC Code: 1542, Small Business Size Standard: $17M. The solicitation will be relased as soon as practicable whether prior or subsequent to August 27, 1998 with quotations due on or about September 28, 1998.
