Question: In the RFP 7/31/94 you ask contractor to submit the following: after that sentence their four items requested 1,2,3,5. # 4 seems to be missing. Am I correct to assume that there is no # 4? Answer: This was a typing error, #5 should be #4. 33. Question: The RFP states: Contractor shall provide pricing per participant for the Introductory Orientation for approximately 235 participants. Please help me with this. Are you asking for the cost of just the introductory orientation plus cost of administrating and interpreting the instrument divided by 235, or is this simply what the cost of the introductory orientation for 235 participants would be without purchasing, administrating and interpreting the instrument?Answer: See this amendment.
