16 -- PRODUCTION SHIPSETS OF AN/ALQ-135 INTERNAL COUNTERMEASURES SET (ICS) BAND 1.5 SOL n/a POC Skip Platzer, Contract Negotiator, (937) 255-4228 x 2425/Kenneth Ross, Contracting Officer, x 2413 The objective of this synopsis is to seek interested sources able to meet the fabrication and assembly requirements associated with production of the AN/ALQ-135 Internal Countermeasures Set ( ICS ) Band 1.5. These efforts include fabrication, assembly and test of up to 180 shipsets over as much as a five year period with the possibility of an additional 90 shipsets for a potential Foreign Military Sale requirement. This requirement will be the follow on production result of development and integration efforts from Contract F33657-97-C-2032. Offers will be considered from any firm providing clear and convincing evidence of its capability to meet all of the following criteria: (a) Capability to show engineering and production knowledge of the AN/ALQ-135 ICS Band 1.5 and Band 3; (b) Capability to fabricate up to 270 shipsets of AN/ALQ-135 Band 1.5 hardware; (c) Capability to integrate and test the Band 1.5 subsystem as part of the All band AN/ALQ-135 ICS ( Band 1.5 and Band 3 ); (d) Capability to conduct retrofit/modification activities; (e) Capability to conduct systems engineering and project management for the All band subsystems; (f) Capability to provide all required engineering and production data, as no engineering data is available from the government. Sources responding should provide information concerning key management and program personnel including a resume of their previous experience and evidence of capability to perform successfully. This statement will have a twenty (20) page maximum limit, double-spaced, point size 12. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement action is 3728. Please indicate number of employees in relation to the 1000 person size standard, for determination of small business status (No small business set aside determination has been made at this time.).
