Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the existing waterline and sewage line beneath the fixed pier at USCG Group San Francisco, Yerba Buena Island, CA . Work includes, but is not limited to the following: (A) Remove and dispose of the existing waterline, hangers, valves, and fittings, on the fresh water system as shown on drawings. (B) Fabricate and install a new waterline system. Demolish existing waterline after new one installed. (C) Remove and dispose of the existing sewer line, hangars, valves, and fittings on the sewer system. (D) Fabricate and install a new sewer system. Demolish existing sewer line after new sewer line installed. (E) Install temporary sewer system for all facilities served by existing sewer system during the period when old or new system inoperative. (F) Fabricate and install a new galvanized steel ladder with brackets and mounting hardware to replace existing ladder. Drawings and specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $15.
