The work of this project consists of the general construction of two on-site sewage disposal systems located at Cottonwood Campground Loop A and B at Joshua Tree National Park in Riverside County, CA. The work includes furnishing and installing two 3,500 gallon septic tanks, two distribution boxes, sewer pipe, distribution pipe, leach field (chamber type), appurtenances, and all materials, equipment and labor to complete the project at both Loop A and Loop B. The park will not be closed to the public during construction. The estimated price range for this project is under $100,000 with completion required within 45 days after Notice to Proceed. This is an "unrestricted" acquisition inviting full and open competition from all responsible sources.
