The Federal Highway Administration plans to award a Purchase Order with Worcester Polytechnic Institute(WPI) to provide a Digitized Video for the course entitled, "Pavement Recycling Guidelines for State and Local Governments." This video is needed to enhance the existing course and to show construction methods and equipment for various methods of recycling asphalt pavement, with particular emphasis on difficult to teach points and activities. Worcester Polytechnic Institute is the only known source that can provide this service because: (1)-they have personnel who have been teaching the recycling course and have therefore obtained the knowledge needed to provide a video that will clarify the concerns and questions of the course students who have given feedback, and (2)-said WPI personnel have expressed a willingness to do the video work. No other known source has both the necessary knowledge and desire to provide this video in a costly and timely manner.
