Saint Louis, Contracting Officer, 304/636-1800, extension 265 The Monongahela National Forest anticipates contracting for the development and execution of Communications and Organizational Skills Assessment and Training for a Base Year and two (2) Option years. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, completion of a needs assessment in the areas of constructive organizational skills such as organizational dynamics, teamwork and development of accountability and communications skills such as conflict resolution and various negotiation techniques and development of training directed towards improving those necessary skills. Some individual services may be developed depending on the critical issues on Forest during the contract period. These skills are critical as the budgets continue to decline, the workforce shrinks in size and controversies develop between resource areas. The Base Year will run for 12 months from date of award, with two Option Years anticipated for 12 months each. The total project estimate including all Options is under $100,000.00.
