The Government intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price purchase order to Information Transfer Systems, a small business concern in Ann Arbor MI. Services will provide the Air Force with an already established database program that will be modified to summarize Government-provided information about health-related surveys and clinical instruments. The database program will have "links" to scanned image of the surveys or clinical instruments. The database program will have the ability to assign typological categories, extract any number items from any number of surveys or clinical instruments into an electronic version, have the ability to "pull" items together as a group from clearly identifiable "scored" scales, to add new surveys and clinical instruments and all associated information, allow multiple users to have access over a local area network and have security features built in that will allow a database administrator to control access via security controls.
