This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DEA-98-R-0031; award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. The synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the FAR Circular 97-3. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking to procure 0001) twenty (20) Orion CAN-Track 502D DF Systems. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest price.
