The HVAC system consists of a comfort system for the office and support areas and an environmental control system for the paint bays. Also included: Option No. 1) Parking Lot, utilities and site grading; and Option No. 2) HVAC Units. The Estimated Cost Range: $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000.
