Construction must be completed within 270 days of notice to proceed. This procurement action is available for full and open competition. The applicable SIC code is 1542, and the size standard for determination of business size is $17.0 million in annual receipts. At the time of this advertisment, the distribution system and price for the IFB, plans and specs is not yet settled. It is anticipated that the IFB with the plans and specs will be available on or aboutAugust 17, 1998.
