Work includes but is not limited to the following: Remove existing stair and add new stair; add new passenger elevator and confirm soil bearing capacity at elevator; document existence of any underground utilities near elevator pit; add windows; reconfigure electrical and mechanical systems affected by this revitalization; verify structural framing sizes concealed by current finishes; provide handicapped accessible toilets, hardware, and ramps; provide new entrance vestibules; provide new acoustical tile ceilings; remove and replace existing acoustical tile ceilings; enclose existing electrical panels.
