Commission, United States and Mexico, United States Section, has a
requirement for land appraisal services. These services are to
determine the fair market value of a tract of land located in San Diego
County, California. Two independent appraisers will be chosen from this
solicitation. The appraisers must consider the cost of cleaning
contamination from the property and determine the fair market value of
the property in its contaminated state. The appraisers should also
address the fair market value of the property, considering the
relocation of a commercial business currently located on the property.
The appraisers must be licensed and experienced and approved to work
in the State of California. The appraisers must make personal
inspections of the site. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small
business concerns. The applicable SIC code for this procurement is
8999. The applicable small business size standard, including
affiliates, is no more than $5.0 million average gross revenue for the
