article tests will be performed by contractor. Hardware must comply
with Government technical data package. Delivery of first article units
shall be 300 days after contract award. Staggered delivery of
production units required to begin 180 days after first article
approval and continue at a rated of 3 per month until completion.
Numbered Note 12 and 26 are applicable. All responsible sources may
submit an offer. In order to be eligible for the production award firms
will be required to possess, prior to award, a license issued by the
Nuclear Regulatory Commision to manufacture, handle, store, dispose of
