The following commercial service is required at Building 6000, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington DC: Cleaning, rinsing, and sealing of all exteeror surface that include anodized aluminum curtian walls, handrails, doors, columns, louvers, penthouses, and window frames. Cleaning and rinsing of anodized aluminum and baked enamel surfaces and windows in the lobby and cafeteria areas is also required, as well as the parking garage and guard booth. All cleaning of anodized aluminum curtain walls will be in accordance with procedures outlined in the Archetechtural Aluminum Maunfacturer's Association publication 609.1-85. This acquisiton has been reserved as a small business set-aside. It is anticpated the contract will be awarded for one basic period of performance with four options, under simplified acquisition procedures for commercial services.
